Our rental criteria

- No pets. Assistance animals for people with disabilities are not pets, and this rule doesn’t apply to them.
- Smoke-free: no smoking or vaping of any kind, inside or outside.
- 12-month lease. Security deposit: 1.5 months’ rent.
